Terms of Service (Draft)
The service
AnswerKeep helps you keep important AI conversations and decisions, and — through Council — compare independent AI answers and keep your final judgment.
Your account
You are responsible for your account and for the content you submit. Sign-in is by one-time email link.
Acceptable use
Do not submit content you are not authorized to share, and do not misuse the service.
User-submitted content
You retain your content. You grant AnswerKeep only the access needed to provide the service to you (storage, processing, and, where you enable it, sending selected material to a chosen AI provider).
AI limitations
AI output can be wrong, incomplete, or biased. AnswerKeep does not guarantee the accuracy of any AI answer or synthesis.
Council limitations
Council is a structured decision aid, not an authority. It does not determine truth and does not replace professional judgment.
No professional advice
Nothing here is legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice. You remain responsible for evaluating any result.
Credits and test billing
Council uses fixed credits. In this private beta, purchasing is not live; any purchase is a free local test that grants credits immediately, and no money is charged.
Refunds
Refund handling for test purchases is described in the product; live-payment refund terms will be finalized with counsel before any live billing.
Beta status
The service is in private beta and may change. Features may be added, removed, or gated.
Suspension
We may suspend access for misuse or to protect the service.
Exports and deletion
You can export and permanently delete your records. Full-account deletion is handled as a reviewed request.
Intellectual property
AnswerKeep's brand and software remain its own; your content remains yours.
Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” during the beta, without warranties to the extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability

Governing law

Contact
Support is provided through the in-app support form. Sending a support message does not create an attorney-client, fiduciary, advisory, or other professional or confidential relationship. Formal legal contact details have not been established and will be added after counsel review.
