What happens to your message

  • It’s reviewed. Your message is delivered to AnswerKeep support. We don’t yet promise a response time — support hours and response commitments will be published once they’re actually established.
  • We receive only what you send. Your email, topic, message, optional reference and — if you’re signed in — your account email, used solely to help with your request. See the Privacy draft.
  • No special relationship is created. Sending a support message doesn’t create an attorney-client, fiduciary, advisory, or other professional or confidential relationship.
  • It travels like ordinary email. Support messages aren’t end-to-end encrypted.
