AnswerKeep for Firms
Your team makes decisions with AI. Keep the decisions, not just the chats.
The shared record of what your team decided with AI — and whether it worked.

Why teams lose their best decisions
- AI-assisted reasoning is scattered across personal accounts and separate tools.
- The context behind an important decision — what was weighed, what was rejected, who owned it — is easy to lose.
- Weeks later, it is hard to reconstruct why the team chose what it chose.
AnswerKeep for Firms is being designed to preserve what AI contributed, what the team decided, who owned the judgment, and what happened later. It is not designed to automatically ingest your accounts or to record everything your team does — it preserves the decisions you choose to keep.
Where this stands. AnswerKeep for Firms is being built with a small group of AI-active teams. General availability is not yet open — nothing on this page is purchasable yet.
The intended workflow
These are intended design-partner capabilities, not current production functionality:
AI contribution
Capture the question, the AI source, and what the AI actually contributed.
Human decision
Record what the team decided, who owned the judgment, and why.
Review
Revisit the decision on a chosen date, with optional lightweight review.
Outcome
Note what actually happened — it worked, it didn't, or it was mixed.
Accumulated judgment
Over time, a searchable record of how your team decides with AI.
What is real today — and what is not
Available now — consumer product
- Paste an AI conversation and preview what you decided — free.
- In the private beta, finalized records are encrypted at rest, with access scoped to the owner and enforced on the server.
- Private search over your own records; export and permanent deletion you control.
- Council (in beta): ask several AI models one question and keep your final judgment.
Not available yet — the firm product
- Team sign-up and onboarding — the workspace, membership, and role foundations exist in the database but are turned off, with no way for a team to join yet.
- A team interface — shared Decision Records, projects, and team search have a data model in place but no customer-facing screens or onboarding.
- Firm export, workspace billing, outcome tracking, and cross-team questions — not started; billing in particular does not exist.
You can read exactly what the consumer product does — and what it does not claim — on the Security & Privacy page.
What the guided pilot is being designed to include
Planned design-partner scope — subject to implementation and verification: one shared workspace for up to 25 people, structured AI-assisted Decision Records, projects, roles, team search, lightweight review, review dates, outcomes, export, and guided setup.
Who the design-partner program is for
We are initially designing around AI-active teams of roughly 10–50 people, such as:
- Founders
- COOs
- Product leaders
- Agency leaders
- Consultants
- Fractional executives
- Small investment teams
These are the teams we want to design with — not a list of current customers.
Planned pricing direction
The intended model is a flat monthly price for a team — not a per-seat charge. The first design partners are intended to receive a free initial period and preferential founding-partner terms in exchange for feedback. Exact figures are not set for public sale and will be confirmed only once the firm product and its billing exist and have been verified.
